For the fieldux mobile technician app, your on-site technicians need either Apple iOS 11 or higher or Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher. Adequate free storage space on the devices is necessary for app installation and data storage. An integrated camera is required for capturing on-site documentation images. A stable internet connection is needed for real-time communication and data updates between the app and the central platform. It is, however, also possible to access stored assignment data and record activities and documentation offline, without an internet connection!
